Summer Camp Out

New for 2018 we are introducing the Pembury School Summer Camp Out on Sat 23rd to Sun 24th June.

We are offering Pembury School families the chance to camp out alongside friends in our school’s ‘back yard’. Food and entertainment will be included in the ticket price, and if camping isn’t your thing we can just come for the day on Saturday and sample the relaxed festival vibe.



The ticket price is £15 for adults and £5 for children (under 3’s free). This includes a pitch, access to clean toilets, a burger/hotdog at the evening BBQ, breakfast and a day and evening filled with family fun and activities including a camp fire and night-time walk in the woods.


The ticket price is £12 for adults and £4 for children (under 3’s free). You can enjoy all the benefits of the CAMPERs except the sleeping under the stars part!


DRINKS & SWEETS are not included with either ticket but there will be a CASH BAR and TUCK SHOP!

The camp out starts at 2pm. You can pitch your tent from 10am but you will then need to leave the site to allows us to get everything set up. For safety reasons no cars are allowed on the school site after 1pm.

TICKETS are available ONLINE ONLY below until 30th May.

There are only 50 available pitches for CAMPERS so we recommend you book early as tickets are first come first served. If you do not have access to the internet but would like to attend, please contact the school office and we will be in touch to arranging your booking. All online bookings will receive an email confirmation – please refer to the PSA online ticketing notes below.

Unfortunately, the camp out is restricted to Pembury School families ONLY. If you are bringing other Pembury School children with you, you will need to be responsible for them throughout the camp out. We’ve had to restrict this to a maximum of 2 additional children per family attending.

As this event will involve a great deal of organisation and hard work, we are asking families attending to help in some way. When booking online you will be asked to nominate activities that you would be happy to help with. Rotas will be displayed at the camp out showing who’s helping with what activity and at what time.​​

Cancellation policy: In the event of extreme weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that means the PSA are forced to cancel the event, ticket refunds will be made via PayPal. No refunds can be made if the event goes ahead but you are no longer able to attend.​
